If you don't mind me asking, whatever happened to this au? I really loved it and it was actually my introduction to both Detentionaire and Dude, That's My Ghost!. I recently re-watched Detentionaire and I wanted to look up some of my favorite fanart for the series but I couldn't find anything for this au.
Regardless of what happened to it and whatever your current feelings are towards it, I really wanted to thank you for drawing this. Not only did it mean a lot to me at the time, making me laugh and smile, but it introduced me to two series' that continue to make me smile to this day. You created something silly and wonderful and I want you to know that even nearly a decade later, it still means a lot to me.
And looking at your more recent images in your gallery, I can see how much more amazing your art has become in this time. I remember being very impressed by your art at the time and you were an inspiration to improve my own art. I seem to remember this project being a group project(?), but to be honest I've forgotten a lot of details in the time since then(which was one of the reasons I'd hoped to look it up).
You are a fantastically talented artist and I'm excited to take a closer look at your current work. I really hope my comment hasn't bothered you in any way, I was just hoping to find out what happened to an au I loved and to tell an artist I respect how much their art and creativity has meant to me.
